After hiking and Nordic walking in the Alto Adige treat yourself to a typical Marende with bacon, smoked sausages and Tyrolean brittle bread. To accompany this, the master of the house and hobby winemaker Mr. Senn will recommend his excellent home-grown wines, or one of the more than 80 good wines from the South Tyrol which we store and mature in the wine cellar of our hotel in Renon.
