What would a hiking holiday in South Tyrol be without the traditional regional delicacies? During your stay in our renowned accommodation near Bozen you will be able to enjoy bacon and other smoked delicacies from our own butchers, which Mr. Senn himself manages. After hiking and Nordic walking in the Alto Adige treat yourself to a typical Marende with bacon, smoked sausages and Tyrolean brittle bread. To accompany this, the master of the house and hobby winemaker Mr. Senn will recommend his excellent home-grown wines, or one of the more than 80 good wines from the South Tyrol which we store and mature in the wine cellar of our hotel in Renon.
