In just one year, our Rittner craftsmen have turned this special building into something we are proud of and particularly enjoy!
The Bemelmans Guesthouse in the centre of Klobenstein is only a 2-minute walk from the main house. Four enchanting suites and a first-class loft make this house something very special. Spacious suites with kitchenette, panoramic terrace and a view of the Dolomites that you can only have from the Ritten make our dépendance something very special round off this project. On the one hand, it is harmoniously integrated into the centre of the village and on the other hand, you can enjoy the tranquillity of an alpine alp and a panoramic view as if you were on top of a mountain!

Our special jewel is certainly the loft suite. A flat with 70m2 of living space, fine furnishings and an intimate terrace under the roof, with a view from the Plose in the east over the Dolomites to the Ortler in the west, you can literally see everything! The other suites with the melodious names Fenice-Peonia- Forsythia complete the offer. The suites are furnished with high-quality materials. Italian designer furniture, carpentry from Ritten, Italian stone and porphyry floors and solid wood floors - not varnished, only oiled - make the quality of living something very special!
