At Bemelmans Post on the Ritten, holidays are all about nature, relaxation and health. That's why we have set up a small but excellent fitness room for our sport-loving guests. Modern fitness and cardio equipment encourages you to work out and is available to hotel and day guests who want a varied workout. And of course to all those who do not want to do without their daily work-out even on holiday.
Fitness Indoor.
In our fitness room, exercise-loving guests will find modern and functional equipment: Spinning bike, Ergo bike, cross trainer, treadmill, weight bench, multifunctional fitness machine and Kettle Bells (from 4 to 10 kilograms). Those who prefer to train in the water can swim a round in our pools - in the indoor pool or in the adjoining outdoor pool at a pleasant 28 °C water temperature.
Fitness Outdoor.
If you enjoy outdoor activities, you will find plenty of opportunities around Bemelmans Post. Right in front of the door is our sand tennis court, which can be played on from mid-May to October, weather permitting. Children and young-at-heart adults will certainly enjoy a game of football or volleyball on the hotel's own court. If you are drawn to nature, you can go hiking or biking - by the way, with an e-bike you can explore the Ritten in a "carefree" way. And if you need motivation and prefer to "exercise" in a group, join the weekly hikes with the hosts Annemarie and Theo, take part in the morning walk or the water gymnastics in the pool, which is easy on the joints.
